Anger Management Counselling

Print

What is counselling/therapy?

  • It is a process that uses particular skills to assist people to overcome psychological trauma and barriers that prevent personal growth.
  • It is conducted within a caring therapeutic relationship.
  • It assists people to obtain a better understanding of their current situation and by working collaboratively with a Counsellor.
  • It is not a sign of weakness to seek counselling but a sign of strength to embrace personal change.

Counselling should initially relief the psychological burden that you are experiencing to then facilitate personal growth.
